Maintenance records, easier to manage.

Connect every location and piece of equipment to the forms your team needs. A QR code gets people straight to the work, and brings their submissions back to you.

Workers can complete public forms without an account.

What happens after the scan is up to you.

A site inspection and a staff induction need different information. MrQR gives each job its own form and a direct way to reach it.

Site inspections

Put the check where it happens. A QR code at the work area opens the relevant inspection form, so the finished response stays with its site record.

Staff inductions

Give people a direct route to your induction form when they arrive. Collect the details and acknowledgements your team needs before work begins.

Equipment checks

Attach a QR code to equipment and link it to the right check. Review completed forms in the context of the equipment they relate to.

Training records

Use forms to capture training information and keep it with the relevant records. Give your team a consistent way to collect the details.

Do workers need an account?

Public forms can be completed without a MrQR account. Your team manages the forms and reviews submissions from its workspace.

What can a QR code connect to?

A MrQR code can give people access to a location or equipment record and its assigned forms. The free QR maker also lets you create QR codes for links and other supported content.

Can I use my own forms?

You can build forms in MrQR using the fields your workflow needs, arrange them into sections, and publish them for use. Existing templates can be reused for recurring work.

Can I update a form without reprinting the QR code?

Yes. The QR link to your MrQR record stays the same when you update its attached forms. Work on a draft, then publish it when it is ready. Previous published versions and their responses remain available. QR codes made with the free standalone generator contain the content you enter and do not provide this record-management flow.

Can I restrict who can access a record?

Yes. Records can be public or restricted. People outside your team can request access to a restricted record, and your team can approve access. Workspace permissions also control which team members can create, change or delete resources.

Can I start for free?

Yes. Create an account to start with the free plan. The pricing section above lists the current paid plans and their included features.
