An Item is the gateway for other MrQR users to access you Information and Forms on MrQR.
It is simple web page easily create using MrQR by adding Text or Media Content.
Every Item has a unique MrQR Code.
By default the information you provide on an item is visible to anyone and access to your Forms is restricted to invited or approved MrQR users, however you can create public Items where Forms can be submitted by all MrQR users.

Forms are where you collect information form other MrQR users. they are easily created using MrQR.
Forms are created with sections, each section has Blocks, bloack can be Text, Media, Short or Long answer Qusetions, Multiple Choice, Image uploads or a signature.
