MrQR 2026 – Refreshing your experience
With MrQR, you create digital items and digital forms to build and manage systems for almost anything.
Over the past few months, we’ve been refreshing MrQR to help you navigate the platform, providing better access to information and making it easier to manage your data collections.
When you subscribe to a team, you are presented with an empty system. We have added a simple onboarding guide to help you create your 1st item, form and assign a form.
Existing users may have noticed some changes being progressively rolled out since our last update earlier this year. We’ve rounded up some of the changes that have made their way onto the MrQR platform.
What’s new:
New look, customisable dashboard
Your dashboard has changed. The side panel has been simplified to include quick links to add new items, bookmarks, forms, submissions, reusable content, files, and your user and team menu selections,
The main dashboard area is fully customisable; you can now add and remove standard cards, charts, custom menus and item cards.
Your parent items are now shown at the bottom of the screen, allowing you to scroll through.
Overview screens
Every item you create, and the forms assigned to it, now have fully customisable overview screens. Add charts, custom menus and other item cards just like your main dashboard
Chart Cards
Add multiple charts to your dashboard and overview screens to visually see your submission data.
Customisable Menu Cards
Add multiple customisable menu cards to your dashboard and overview screens, so you can navigate MrQR the way you want.
Item Cards.
Items are located at the bottom of your dashboard and item overview screens, but you can also add any item card to them.
Bookmarks
Bookmarks can be added for any item or assigned form. Choose where the bookmark link sends you. Bookmarks can be added from the main dashboard or from the selected items and forms.
Extended MrQR Scan button
Item landing pages are accessed faster using the built-in QR code reader from the MrQR code button. The dropdown menu items also change whilst you navigate MrQR, allowing quicker access to other functions.
Notifications
Team members can select to receive instant notifications for form submissions, access requests and invitations. Users receive notifications when access to your private digital forms is approved or denied.
Team members will receive a daily digest email, summarising notifications. Depending on your team subscription, your team members can opt to receive instant emails for all notifications.
Files
Files and media can now be managed using the files interface. The files you upload via form submission are separated from the team's files used to create the digital items and forms.
Files can be renamed, and alternative text can be added for screen readers and SEO.
Download, share, and find out where the file is used.
Reusable content
Media, text, charts and menus can now be added to create standard content for headers, footers etc.
When reusable content is altered, the changes are instantly deployed everywhere it is used.
New Item Content
Along with text, Media and dividers, Charts & menus can now be added to the item public page.
New Form Fields
Some additional data field types have been added to the form builder, including Signature, Location, New Look Records and custom input, expanding your choices on what data you collect.
Payment Forms
Depending on your team's subscriptions, you can accept payments through your forms
Form Conditional Logic
Add logical steps to guide users through forms.
Submissions
A new submission menu allows users to view their own form submissions, showing the data you have collected from them; they can also select and resubmit the same forms.
Team members can also view all the form submissions for the whole team in one place. Submissions can be sorted and filtered by user, date, item and form,
Reporting
You have always been able to export the data collected.
Submission data can now be sorted and filtered. Choose which field you want to view. Select and combine different versions of forms.
Data can still be exported, but now filtered data can also be exported and printed.
Submissions can still be viewed, printed, archived and restored.
