Submitting MrQR Forms.
- You will need to be logged into your MrQR Account to submit a MrQR Form.
- An internet connection is required.
- Internet speeds will determine.
- how quick images are uploaded.
- how quick forms are submitted.
The data you submit will be sent to the
site owner, this could be your employer, building manager, supplier or any other
MrQR site subscriber.
MrQR does not use any data submitted and is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of it's customers, including those of the
site owner. Never give out your password or other sensitive information.
After selectring the form you want to submit and logging in, you will see...
Form Progress
At the top of every form, there will be information telling you when the form was started. If you leave a form the data you have entered will remain when you return to it.
You can clear all the data on the form by selecting the RESET FORM Button.
Your Name, Email and Profile Photo will be automatically entered on all forms when it is Required or Optional.
When entered on a form your name and profile photo will be automatically updated in your users profile.
Your email address can only be updated in your profile.
You mus agree to share this information with the site owner.
Some information on a form may be required by the site owner.
All the required information will be indicated in RED when you try to submit the form.
You cannot submit a form untill this information is entered.
When you have entered all the required information on a form you must select Submit form.
If all the required information has been entered, the form will be submitted and you will see a screen confirming that the infomation has been stored.
If the form does not submit, please check that you have entered all the required information.
Sometimes where internet connection is poor it may take a littel longer to sucsessfully submit a form.
